I'll be happier in this new year as soon as this freaking cold snap ends................(shudder).

Not so much cold here but we got a dumping of snow overnight!  Thank God for the blower and bucket on the tractor - at least we can get out!  WINTER - blech!

Experiencing the same cold here in Calgary [obviously since I'm a mere three hours south of Kim].  However, we're all better off than those on PEI, but hey, what's a winter without a few thousand complaints eh? Grin   Chinook is supposed to blow in on Tues and Wed with daytime highs above zero, but not high enough to melt this snow.

Do you ever get a feeling of what the coming year will be like?  I have the idea that 2009 will be a year of hopefulness and fulfillment.  Not really sure what that means, but I'm looking forward to good things!
