Erin,

Its very possible that my brother, Troy, and myself could be in attendance in 2009. But then again, that is 2 years away, so who knows. We were in Lahr from 81 to 85. I was a young'un, grades 2-5 at Gutenberg and Westend. Troy was a little older, Grades 5-8, Westend and LSS. You?

Phil.

hey phil, maybe we can rent a motorhome and do a road trip
stop in at every town along the way and pick people up
we would only have to drive to Calgary and then someone else would take over the driving

Hmmm... exactly how do the laws work regarding alcohol in a motorhome?  Might have to get you to stop in at my place....

I think I'll cab it  Cheesy. So nice to just live here! And I will have to find foster parents for my girls so that I am totally unfettered for the whole shebang.

I believe as long as the driver is sober and all the booze is out of reach of the driver, we're as good as gold. Technically I believe you have to be stopped to have open alcohol in a vehicle, but like a speed limit sign, that's purely recommendation.

The issue of open alcohol is up in the air, as limos often have it...  depends on, like Phil said, proximity to driver.

I've never been to a reunion, love to go.August long week-end usually works out to be my birthday as well. My god I'll be 49!!! As for the motorhome I believe the driver must have a valid chaufer's ticket.        lahrbrat 78-81

I was wondering when you said 49.  I thought you were only a year older than me.

No wonder you were the only kid in Grade 7 with a beard.  It's all becoming clear now....
